The Stories That Matter Most

The educate158 blog has decided to move away from discussing the contract negotiations and will instead begin to look to the future. It is our belief that a fair settlement will be reached and that once and for all we can close the door on the partisan politics of the past. The time has now come for all of us to join together and begin to emphasize the positive contributions that so many make in district 158 on a daily basis. This blog will dedicate itself to showcasing the academic & extracurricular accomplishments that our administrators, teachers, kids, parents, and community at large have all been responsible for creating. The light will finally be turned on in the lighthouse, and it will begin to shine brightly on all of the things that the darkness of mistrust, resentment, and selfishness have kept hidden for so long. From time to time we will highlight some of the more publicized events; such as the HHS football team's success but for the most part we are going to rely on YOU the students, teachers, community, etc. to send us positive stories. No story is too small so please help us keep the light shining bright for years to come.
